Advanced CareQuest is a registry model for home care, facilitating connections between compassionate independent contractors and families in need of care. We will provide a match making service to select families that match your skillset. We aim to empower each care provider to expand their client base and be in control of their schedule.

Advanced CareQuest is looking for companions, Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)to provide effective and efficient care to each family we serve in the Maryland and Northern Virginia area.

Required documents:

• CPR or BLS
• First Aid (Separate from CPR & BLS)
• Physical or Health Form ( Showing Vital Signs)
• Negative PPD/TB or Chest X-Ray
• COVID Vaccinated
• State ID or Driver’s License
• Work Authorization (if applicable)
• Professional Liability Insurance (we are able to help provide this)
• One year CNA experience preferred

Non-Required documents:

• Maryland or Virginia CNA or HHA certificate
• Any certificates for special training (Dementia, Parkinson’s, etc)

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
